Welcome to my kinda-blog-but-not-really
In short, I tried to do a traditional blog. It lasted about 2 posts, and then fell apart. So instead, here’s my Instagram feed - I aim to post three reels per week on a variety of topics; sometimes it might be sharing a thought, other times it might be an observation, or a little gold nugget from a therapy session. In any case, this works (much better!) as a better way for me to create consistent and regular content in nice bite-sized pieces for your consumption!
I’ll be the first to admit that I do this for fun as a little ‘side project’ and as such - I do not have a production team who helps to professionally edit the reels, or create nice thumbnails. It’s just me, usually trying to do the reel in a one-take (because I don’t want to spend a huge amount of time on editing), with a cover image where I’m (usually) waving my hands about like I’m playing Aussie tennis (i.e., trying to swat a fly).
All that being said and done, ultimately my goal is just to provide helpful content. If this appeals to you, feel free to give a ‘follow’!
